Was a rough start but in the end the job got done!! With my first experience at Mazda was horrible! I had help from Natalie and Anthony! I feel like I wasted my time to accomplish nothing on April 2! Then to be told to come back the next day and I would be able to get a car! I came back the next day to find out that Natalie was not working and what I was told before was not done by Anthony! So I met with Grant , Ratish and Rachel. They all had to fixed what was messed up by Natalie and Anthony! I mean I can sit here all day and talk about my bad service at first but I do not want to discredit my out standing service I got from Grant,Ratish and Rachel that team right there made it all happen. From Grant ensuring my loan. To Ratish always making sure I was doing alright lightening up the situation. But then to Rachel who was working hard to find me the right car. And to Tommy who made the finance and paperwork process smooth. I think if I would have met them the day before I would have left that day with a car then the hassle I was put through! It all worked out with there amazing service! I would like to thank Grant,Ratish and Rachel once again for the well done amazing service! More

Last July my wife and I purchased a Mazda CX5 (2014) from Elk Grove Mazda with the assistance of Garrett Oxnaes. Garrett found exactly the CX5 that I had wanted and made the whole experience easy and I dare Elk Grove Mazda with the assistance of Garrett Oxnaes. I say "loved" because two weeks ago, a car ran a red light, broadsided our wonderful Mazda and sent it on a pinball ride which involved sliding on its side, rolling, and ending up on its roof totaled. My wife exited the car on her own with no injuries. I phoned Garrett that evening and told him that I would like to replace that car exactly. As I knew that the 2015's were coming in soon, I thought that the chances were slim. Garrett phoned me back as soon as he received my message and assured me that he would do everything possible to find that specific vehicle. I was still skeptical. Less than a week after the accident, we own a beautiful Cx5 equipped exactly the way the original was. But that's not all. Garrett and the folks at Elk Grove Mazda got us a better deal than the original. A better rate, lower monthly payment, and a 5 year free maintenance plan. I have now purchased TWO new Mazdas from Garrett Oxnaes and Elk Grove Mazda in 8 months and would not think of shopping elsewhere.
