Mazda of Elk Grove

My husband came home and told me he really thought I'd like to see the Mazda 3's and 6's, so I called Matt today. He set up a time, so I wouldn't have to wait. My husband and I have completely different likes/dislikes about cars, so I wasn't very optimistic about finding anything I'd like. Boy, was I wrong! Matt asked me some key questions, and asked if I'd like to see the Mazda 6. Impressed with the features Matt described, I took it for a test drive. I am now the proud leaser of a 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring - and I LOVE it! I would also like to say, that I was apprehensive when Matt took me to the "finance" guy - I've had experiences in the past where they pressured me into getting things I didn't really need/want. Steve Wray is NOT that type of person! He made me feel comfortable, valued, and most importantly, he made me feel in charge of the entire proceedings. Both Matt and Steve should be commended for the way they treated me - with the utmost respect and dignity, anyone would want to receive when making a large purchase. They were both extremely friendly without being "fake", the way I've experienced other car leasing situations. I had been in many different dealership, Elk Grove Mazda is totally a different dealership. Jaik is a young sales consultant but he knows what he is doing. I went to Mazda Quick Lube for an oil change & tire rotation; when I ran into John McAllister of used car sales for Nissan of Elk Grove. I had a few scratches on my front right fender & John understood my needs. I had a few scratches on my 2013 Mazda 3i fender and I wasn't going to put in a claim with my insurance. He took my car and brought it back 15 minutes later...Scratches GONE! There was no charge! Who gives service like that any more! Nissan and Mazda of Elk Grove! I had to call the owner John Greibe(sp?) and brag on his staff. P.S. I also bought this Mazda from his dealership at a great price! My parents knew I was interested in buying a Mazda3 for a while. They surprised me one day when the decided to visit the Elk Grove Mazda and take a look at the car I wanted while I was at work. They met Ratish Singh that day and he immediately started taking a lot of the pictures and sent me the picture of the vehicle and called me back and went in great details discussing the vehicle in detail. I told my parents I was interested in the vehicle and they would bargain on my behalf. They later called me and they couldn't get the price. Ratish told my parents that he and the Sales manager would discuss it more and call back my parents. That night Ratish called my parents and they agreed to the price. The very next day I went to Elk Grove Mazda and met Ratish and my new car. My parents had nothing but great praises for Ratish and the Elk Grove Mazda dealership. They said it has been the most pleasant and stress-free car shopping experience they ever had. Ratish was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. Ron, who did our finance, did a fantastic job discussing all the finer work with the paperwork. As a new car buyer, all the information was extremely useful.
