I was at the dealership with a friend, who was buying a new Mazda. From looking at the cars and features, and reviewing the prices, I decided I wanted a new Mazda too! Garrett worked hard to make the deal work (and it was closing time the night before a holiday). I had a specific budget and with some effort Garrett was able to make the deal work within my budget. I didn't feel pressured at all. And I love my new Mazda. I drove a BMW for two weeks, and the new Mazda 3 has the tight and smooth feel of the BMW (in my opinion anyway) but a bit smaller and with way better gas mileage. More

It's nice to know they believe in the product enough to buy it. Garrett worked very hard, including on his days off, to be sure I got the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted. He seemed genuinely concerned that I be happy with my purchase. Steve was very helpful as well without heavy pressure to buy all the add ons. He explained the options and let me decide what I thought would be best for me and my circumstances. Both Garrett and Steve were respectful of me and my time which I appreciated. I've bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was the best experience I've had overall. It is my first Mazda, but it is unlikely to be my last. More

Upon arrival at Mazda Elk Grove we were met by Sales Specialist, Pasao Yang. Since we knew exactly what we were looking for he found the car and he went through it thoroughly explaining the vehicle bot Specialist, Pasao Yang. I was impressed with his knowledge of all the vehicles' features with it's high end electronics package features. We did a good test drive down low level travel streets and then a trip down the expressway to feel the high end speed of the vehicle. Back at the dealership processing paperwork was quick and efficient and everything stated as to features, options and price were written up and again well explain. I highly recommend this dealership and Sales Specialist Pasao Yang as he talked to talked explaining features to my younger son anda most polite young man to someone like myself a more senior individual. This was our first visit and buying experience at Mazda of Elk Grove which we found on the internet and again would give my recommendation to all looking for a Mazda to visit this dealership before buying elsewhere.
