They were fine and provided me with the best deal I could find. But I had a hard time after I took possession of the car. I have never had a positive experience with the dealership. My last experience was, I came in for an oil change and it took roughly 4 hours. When I first bought the car, the entire electrical system went to crap Had to be re-ordered from China, which took roughly 12 weeks which and during this time there was zero communication zero updates if I didn’t seek out the information and it wasn’t given. Also, when I bought the car, the gentleman I bought the car from never put in the information correctly so it was a back-and-forth for weeks to get the correct information to finalize the purchase. Everybody makes mistakes but this place makes mistakes every day which is a problem. This car had nothing but problems from the beginning. It is essentially a lemon by the standards of the state of New York. However, when it was brought up to the dealership of all these problems, they never rectify them. The whole process took a week but I am thoroughly satisfied with the final purchase of a brand new 2024 Mazda CX-90. The salesman, Massimo Stecchi, was able to convince me to make the switch. He was very courteous and professional all the way. He even sent someone to pick me up from home on the delivery day. To be honest, I would not have purchased the vehicle if not for him. More
