OMG....Charles is the best. He went above and beyond for me, to make sure that I left with something I loved. He is very competent and knowledgeable in every model, every trim that Mazda carries. His customer service is A1....At one point I had to use his cell phone to contact the insurance and he did it without a blink. He made what would have been a stressful day easy and calm....
