After purchasing a 2023 E450 Mercedes on 12/17/2025. I wanted to cancel the Mazda Protection Products and other service contracts because I wanted them to be with Mercedes. The Finance Director Rodney M I wanted to cancel the Mazda Protection Products and other service contracts because I wanted them to be with Mercedes. The Finance Director Rodney Maharrey was hard to get a hold of for after purchase service. Speaking to a live person at the Palm Beach dealership was impossible. Even the agents at the customer service center couldn't get a hold of anyone in Palm Beach. I emailed and texted Rodney and he informed me on January 5th he would pull the documents and cancel them. I followed up with an email on the status with no response. Instead of wasting my time with these incompetent agents on the phone and the Palm Beach Dealership that is non-responsive I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. What this dealership and finance department is doing isn't right. I have every right to cancel those service contracts within a month of purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from the Palm Beach dealership. YES I made the mistake of purchasing a Mercedes from Mazda. The poor and pathetic customer service from Mazda just displays that Mercedes is superior in all ways. That is why I don't want any service contracts from Mazda.
