Ben is a true asset to Mazda! Ben is truly the first positive experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. His in depth knowledge and patience in explaining everything you can imagine, as well as patience to experience the different models Mazda has on offer truly made me purchase a vehicle. I can’t thank Ben enough for making my decision to purchase a Mazda so effortless. Eugene was also helpful and pleasant and continued to check in with me during the 4 hours I was with Ben trying out the different models. Update 12/5/2025 from 1 to 3 stars - New GM David Oshry was informed of my review and reached out. He wanted to understand what happened and has been reasonable trying to solve the issue. He is scheduling a new visit to the dealership to provided me with the key blade and fix the scratch/dent. Review on 12/1/2025 - I bought a used 2024 CX-90 with them on Oct 5. I agreed to pay $500 over the online price after their manager Ben came to ask some relief, that his margin was too tight and the online prices were crazy. Anyway, I closed the deal agreeing with Alex that they would fix a scratch with a dent on the door and provide me a second fob/key - that somehow didn't come with the vehicle - afterwards. I purchased their Platinum package too. After that, horrible experience. A woman named Samantha reached out to me asking for a nice review in a link she would send me, then I told her that they still had pending things to deal with. She promptly responded that she would help me with that, and after a few text messages, was gone. She vanished. I tried to reach out to the manager, Ben, just to find out that he'd left the company. Then I tried to get ahold of Alex and he ghosted me until I managed to speak on the phone to a nice lady named Donna, who identified herself as a Sales Manager, and she somehow made Alex reach out to me saying he would schedule to solve my issues. That was Nov 14 already (over a month after purchase date). Then he would reply a message every here and there, but never schedule a date for me to go to the dealership solve the issues. Wednesday, Nov 26, day before thanksgiving, I decided to take the 1+ hour drive to the dealership and just show up there at 9am. A nice guy helped me get things moving, as Alex wasn't there yet. After many hours there, the car was ready. The scratch/dent they fixed with an Amazon-like pen that you cover it - poor job. If I could, I'd post the picture, but I'd have done a better job myself if I knew it. The worst part though is the second fob/key provided, a used fob/key, that is not working 100% and has no actual key (the blade) in it. So, long story short, as a Platinum customer (or just as any customer) not happy with their service and I don't recommend. More
