I also never leave reviews, but the service I received has inspired me to do so. Martin Keefe helped me find my dream car. He was down to earth, easy to talk to, and didn't try to oversell me. He took the extra time to show me many models and trims because I was very indecisive about what I wanted. Martin was able to clearly explain and demonstrate every feature that I had questions about -- even those I was unaware were available. We had a great time testing out different vehicles and perusing different trims. He provided such a tour that I ended up leaving with a vehicle that wasn't even on my radar. I now own the most unique, premium vehicle I have ever had, and I couldn't be happier. After working with Martin Keefe in sales, I worked with Will Rejouis in finance. Will provided me with the lowest and best finance plan from the beginning. I insisted on comparing numerous loan durations, APRs, and terms to find the perfect loan. However, after comparing many quotes, I ended up choosing the loan that Will initially offered me at the beginning of our discussion. I genuinely appreciate the exceptional customer service I was provided with at Mazda of Palm Beach. Trading in my vehicle and financing a new one was smooth and hassle-free here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an unmatched customer experience when purchasing a vehicle. More

My previous car has been totaled in an accident and had put me in a tough situation. I had explored many different options and decided to quickly stop in to just check out a Mazda 6 I had seen online while put me in a tough situation. I had explored many different options and decided to quickly stop in to just check out a Mazda 6 I had seen online while up north vising another dealership. No one greeted me when I walked in, I had to search around for someone to speak too. I ended up speaking with Martin who ultimately sold me the vehicle. Martin was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He wasn't overly aggressive but was obviously eager to make a sale. We took it for a test drive in the early evening and ended up finishing the sale later that night. The overall sales experience was average but they could clearly tell I was inexperienced and intimidated and things seemed to get tense by the end. I had not checked their business hours before agreeing to buy but realized I had been there past closing. It was dark and I felt rushed. I had been to 3-4 other Mazda dealers (I live in Ft. Lauderdale) who had good options just not exactly what I wanted but were willing to negotiate pricing and perks. When attempting to do the same with Martin and the sales manager it was like pulling teeth. I was unfamiliar with the CPO option but learned that it seemed worth the extra money to ensure I was receiving a top notch, refurbished and quality inspected vehicle. At other dealers, there was full transparency when it came to issues with their cars whether it be mechanical or cosmetic. There was some pin striping decals and a sticker they said was a "kick plate" over the rear bumper. I figured I both of these could be removed if I ever wanted too. I was told their was a second key but it couldn't be located at this time. Neither Martin or the sales manager mentioned any issues so I decided to buy the vehicle even though it was a bit over my budget. I loved the car! While driving it home that night, I was having severe glare from the oncoming traffic and noticed the headlights were holding water. I called the next day to see if they could address the issue and if they had found the key. I was told to bring it back in for the manager to take a look and that they have to order a new key which could take a week to arrive. Since I live in Ft. Lauderdale I decided to get everything done when the key arrived after already going back once. The day after the sale, when it was bright outside the extremely poor detail work was noticed. The leather seats and trim had water marks, there was white scuff marks along the base of the rear air vents, finger prints and xxxx on the start button, etc. I was super disappointed. I was even charged an extra $250 for a full detail, which I thought was a bit strange. I brought it in to the service department for they key to be programmed and was told by Martin multiple times that they knew I would also need a full re-detail and to remove the decals. I was told prior to going in that there would be no issues with my requests. I looked like an idiot, no one knew what I was talking about. I had to explain to two more employees what needed to get done. I also mentioned to the service worker that my car has a humming from the engine and a blue cool engine light up every time I turn on my car; he brushed me off and said it was normal. As I had expected I left my car there for a bit, they gave a loaner which was nice and I waited 7 HOURS to get my car back, no one even called to tell me it was ready. When I got there, it was like nothing was done other than my new key and removed the black "kick plate". The poor guy who was wiping down my car as I pulled up didn't even speak English when I tired to ask him questions and ask why nothing as done. I was told they can't remove the pin striping because it will strip the paint because its too old (it's a 2018). I may be inexperienced with buying cars but I'm NOT stupid..... I saw how easily I could slowly peel back the rear kick plate without damage. I knew there was a small dent there when I started to remove it but when I picked up the car there was fairly large SLASH in the bumper. Not a dent, or a nick, A SLASH. This "kick plate" was clearly put there after the car had been acquired to cover the slash so they could avoid paying to replace the bumper. No one even offered any sort of resolution or advice. Not to mention, my car was clearly not detailed. Maybe some guy ran a xxxxty vacuum and wiped down the glass. No one seemed to care. There was extremely poor communication between employees, my father (who was helping me out) and myself. It was like one and done. Once they made their money, they could care less about any concerns a paying customer had. I left so upset. I am so disappointed in this experience. I see how others highly rated this dealership and feel cheated by how I was treated. I wish I would have purchased from a dealership where the employees seemed to care about young people with little to no experience buying used cars or seemed eager to right their wrongs. Please use caution and inspect every tiny detail on a car before buying from here. I can only hope my CPO vehicle is otherwise in near perfect condition. More
