Really enjoyed my experience purchasing a vehicle from Palm Beach Mazda. From the beginning Jason was responsive and accommodating. I had expressed interest online, he called and we set up an appointment Palm Beach Mazda. From the beginning Jason was responsive and accommodating. I had expressed interest online, he called and we set up an appointment to test drive. Upon arriving he introduced me to Joshua and we took the car for a test drive. Joshua is attentive and although I didn’t have time to purchase the car that afternoon , I explained to Joshua exactly what I wanted to do. We filled out the loan application to start the process and I left. While I was gone he put everything together and made it happen. He called the next day and although we discussed coming back on Monday, my wife and I came in Saturday afternoon. The loan paperwork was ready for me and the car was already getting detailed. They had the car prepped and ready to go while sitting with Gary signing all the documents. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect and made the process seamless. Through out the entire process everyone was friendly and Not once did I feel pressured, taken advantage of or like I was waiting for extended periods of time in showroom limbo. I want to thank all of you as this certainly was not what I am used to at a car dealership. Thanks again and I will recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to stop in and visit. More
