His Sales Manager James, respected our request not to pressure us either on buying the truck on our first visit, despite it being during the holidays and near their big end of year sales time. George the finance manager to oversee the sales terms was also a pleasure. He really made the deal work and fit into our budget, even loaned us his personal car to go to dinner while they detailed the vehicle. All in all it was a 100% positive buying experience at Mazda of Palm Beach. Anybody looking for a new or used vehicle should absolutely check here! More

He explained so many things to me, as a buyer that does not know much about cars. I chose a vehicle I was interested in, he rode with me to test drive, and showed me all of the great features on the car. I loved it and decided to buy-- he did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal possible on my trade in and was patient with me. He even took me to meet the service manager. Initial communication went ver well with internet sales and then I was passed along to JD. He was very professional and helpful over the phone and via text. We made the deal and then me and a friend made the long trip down. We arrived at the dealership and checked over the car in detail and did a test drive. I just had a minor issue and JD did a great job helping with the issue. We bought the CX-5 and drove it over 700 miles that day to get home. What a good experience dealing with JD and also Gil. My daughter was THRILLED to see "her" new car. The next time I'm in the market for a Mazda I'll check their prices first. Thank you Mazda of Palm Beach! More
