Brian was very professional & knowledgeable in regards to the specific model we were interested in purchasing (2018 CX5). He was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had,and made the whole buying process comfortable. Our purchase was a cash offer, and I knew in my mind what "Out the Door" price I was willing to pay. After some pleasant negotiations we reached an agreeable price. Brian is certainly an asset to this dealership. While waiting for the paperwork to be finalized, I went to the parts department to purchase some accessories for our new CX5, Bryan Ortiz was very helpful and friendly and expedited my purchase. A few days later, I had a concern with something in the engine compartment, I talked to Candice Hamilton in the Service Dept. to schedule an appointment, Candice asked if I could bring the car in right then, I arrived 20 minutes later. Candice immediately had a technician look at my concern. which turn out to be nothing at all.
