Bait and switch, hidden fees, then wait wait. $2k for tinting and more, $900 for delaer fees. Would never buy from them. More

Thank you so much for the review. Not sure what you are referring too but we have NEVER and NEVER will do any bait and switch or any 1970s sales tactics. We live in an upfront digital world and nothing is hidden. We are upfront and transparent through the entire process which is why we are the Number #1 Rated Mazda Store In The State and The #1 Volume Dealer In The World. No one here ever said 2k for window tint ... ever.

Check the breakdown on lease showing $1,995 on protection plan. Check the $1,000 offer which is not true in all cases. The dialogue popup gets you into dealership. Be professional, be honest. A neighbor walked out after a recent bait and switch on pricing. Went to Wallace.

We don't have a 1995 protection plan ??? There is no 1995 protection plan anywhere ? and Wallace sells 35 cars a month we sell 300... and Wallace also has a $895 dealer fee ??

what do you call $1,943.45 protection package on lease deal. (window tint, crystal fusion....). How about the $895 dealer fee Selling more cars does may make you profitable, but not customer focused.

Once again we do not have a protection package of any kind , we offer an OPTIONAL addendum if the customer request but we have ZERO mandatory products or mandatory items on any of our new cars or used cars which is why we are the number 1 mazda dealerships in the country. Wallace has a 895 dealer fee .. ours is 100 dollar more. With that extra 100 we use to support a 50 car loaner car fleet. Wallace has 11 loaners. We have over 10,000 reviews and none ever mentioning a 1995 protection package as we dont have one ...
