Unfortunately, sometimes the battery dies when the car isn't driven often. It only takes us a moment to jump the vehicle in these scenarios but you were gone by the time this was presented to management. Thank you for your non-responsive response. If you have been dealing with the "influx of demand to your service department" over the past few years, it might be time for you to determine that your strategy to improve your customer relations is not working. Having to wait almost 3 weeks to get my car serviced, (yes, the car that you sold/guaranteed to me), is simply ridiculous. I mentioned to the "scheduler" that my heater/AC fan had a problem and only works intermittently. Am I supposed to wait 3 weeks, dealing with Atlanta heat and cold, until MoR grants me the privilege of looking at it? What happens when I have an out of town emergency and simply want to make sure my car is road-worthy for the trip? Am I supposed to tell my dying relative that I can't rush to their bedside, and they will need to hang on for another 3 weeks because I can't get my car serviced? If you have a 3 week waiting list in your Service Department, perhaps you might consider offering an alternative plan/location to accommodate your customers needs. Just sayin'

Good news is we have flexibility to help in cases of emergency and delayed scheduling is normally in regards to routine service. For your convenience we schedule your next service at the same time you complete your current service to hold that date for you as well. If ever an emergency scenario arises that we can not get you in immediately we keep a large selection of loaner cars to make sure we take care of our valuable clients. As you are getting used to servicing your car with us I would recommend taking advantage of our customer relations department. They specialize in ushering you through this. Hopefully, this has helped quell your concerns and we hope to assist you in the future.
