Went in with scheduled maintenance. Asked if tech could check out a knock in rear end while they had it. Was even in notes. Also the sales xx when you check in for service as soon as your done you have some guy haggling trying to get you to trade your vehicle low ball at that. I think im going elsewhere next time customer service is really going down hill More
