I have ongoing issues with the service department. The day, June 5th I believe, paid my bill, after being notified my 2000 F150 was ready for pickup. Radio sitting on the drivers seat, air conditioning not working. Did not go in for air conditioning repair, nothing wrong with air conditioning, prior. Was told via message, when technician first tried to start the truck he heard a popping noise, then it started smoking. Several of the service members I dealt with echoed the same story, which was concocted. The one and only service that I requested was that my truck would start when jumpstarts, but would not start the next day. Several employees inferred, it’s an old truck. But I had not 1, not 2, but 3 new discrepancies to deal with that I didn’t have when brought in for service. The real kicker is the 3rd one. After I paid, then sat in my truck and saw the radio 0n the seat, not in place and the air conditioning not working, I did not accept the condition it was in and left it right there and went home. They called my wife the next day, now it won’t start, “the old truck “ has a fuel pump problem. It was running yesterday. Never test driven by staff. I complained to 4 different employees and no resolution, they want more money, I want satisfaction and my truck back in the condition that is was in. Insert my radio where it was in before disconnecting and my air conditioning working, as it always has, prior to your servicing. You all have never owned my truck so don’t tell me the history of my truck. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I climbed the phone call ladder to the general manager, he never attempted to call me back. He obviously passed the buck to one of his lower level managers to let me know the additional $600 offer for the fuel pump issue is still on the table. Make it right, I paid my bill. Truck has never left your service department since early May. It’s almost the end of June.

Who’s responsible? Why don’t I get the service I deserve? Put your self in the customers seat. I just want I deserve, not looking for anything for free. I told that to the service manager, too. I put my trust in your departments care.

I at a loss for paying for McCombs lack of professionalism and job satisfaction. I do not want anything for free, but I would like to be justly compensated for just the service I requested. Let’s admit you’re wrong and move forward. I paid $1,339.94, or so, my truck is still at their service center. I was told by Cory Molina, a service technician manager that their offer is still on the table. I paid what I owed and the truck was running, but not to my satisfaction. Then the next day it’s not running. I need to come up with $600+.
