We flew in from out of town to purchase an Audi that was on the lot. I agreed upon a price with the salesman over the phone. Upon arriving to the dealer to sign the paperwork for the agreed upon price, th on the lot. I agreed upon a price with the salesman over the phone. Upon arriving to the dealer to sign the paperwork for the agreed upon price, there were over 3,000 dollars of added costs that were not mentioned in any of our conversations that were supposed to be for "reconditioning" there were no new parts on the vehicle since our conversation and many things obviously broken. We waited hours for financing office to become available and when if finally did there were some VERY shady B lot dealer tactics that I did not expect from an above ground dealer. The finance office offered one very poor rate for financing the car (I have a over an 830 credit rating and put down 10,000 dollars towards the car) After inquiring about how poor the rate was I was offered a "warranty" to lower the rate, but add another 4,500 dollars to the cost of the vehicle. Horrible experience all the way around. Would not recommend buying or doing business with a place that practices either of these tactics just to get people in the door. More
