I was completely mislead and out right lied to on the price of a used vehicle. We had an agreed soon price over the phone and I was told that we could make the price work. I get to the dealer and they price of a used vehicle. We had an agreed soon price over the phone and I was told that we could make the price work. I get to the dealer and they come back with a price that is over 2500 more than what was agreed on. I made it very clear what I was willing to pay and that I needed to know we could make that price work before driving over an hour to get the vehicle and they said yes come on down and we can make that price work. Needless to say they lied to me and were rued and actually got threatening when I challenged them about there dishonesty. I have no idea how this type of business practice is beneficial. Please tell anyone you know to stay clear of these people!!! More

I bought a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 and as listed on the description online it stated it had a key fab that came with the vehicle. It turns out there was no key fab with the vehicle. I paid an extra $250 fo description online it stated it had a key fab that came with the vehicle. It turns out there was no key fab with the vehicle. I paid an extra $250 for a replacement and was told to call my salesman to set up a time. Every time I called he said he would get back with me. He never did. I’ve called 7 times now looking to get an answer with no luck. My next step is to get a refund of $250 and go somewhere to get a replacement. Highly dissatisfied with my service and experience! More
