The most crooked place a person could go to when buying a car! We purchased a vehicle a month ago-get a call on Thursday that they need the vehicle back because financing “changed their minds”. Apparently th car! We purchased a vehicle a month ago-get a call on Thursday that they need the vehicle back because financing “changed their minds”. Apparently the sales department at this facility had one job and that was to inform the buyers of all information! This place failed to do so and should actually be shut down for the lies and illegal activities that they do. They posed as a creditor to show that we were ‘accepted for a financing loan’ and we even signed documents for the loan. Everything seemed normal- NOT! We even got a welcome call from the creditor confirming our next due date (kind of weird but everyone is different). When all of this was happening, we decided to speak with the creditor directly instead of hearing what the dealership had to say. The creditor had NO record of the application/account—nothing! McDonough Nissan lied and even fake called us acting as the creditor! Then decided to retrieve the car. We were threatened by the staff if we didn’t return it because we were so confused. Threatened to report the car as stolen! This place is ridiculous and needs to be shut down. We’ve been in contact with our lawyer for legal proceedings! DO NOT GO HERE! More

I gave it a 3 star because our first car salesman Mr. Godson was very pushy on me buying the truck every question i asked him made it seem stupid and getting frustrated when i asked question on the deal Godson was very pushy on me buying the truck every question i asked him made it seem stupid and getting frustrated when i asked question on the deal he is a very aggressive sells guy and that’s not the way to be with a customer that’s about to spend $20k-80k on a vehicle but my second sales guy Mr. Mick Palmer was absolutely amazing he was very patient and fun to be around and talk to i would recommend him 12 out of 10 times to anyone who goes here.
