The nicest person there was the nice lady up front who helped me. I then went to speak to someone (George) to ask about selling my car. Not personally at all and I noticed he had a sudden attitude change helped me. I then went to speak to someone (George) to ask about selling my car. They were going to expect my car and had me sitting there for a whole hour for them to unlock it and lock it walk around it to come inside and give me there offer. LIKE xxx LIKE THEY COULDNT TELL ME THROUGH THE WINDOW!!! There was a lady that kept emailing me to bring my car in, we will offer you more and the fact the it was a joke was very unprofessional. More

Made a deal on a Mercedes S65 over phone 10 hours away. Drove there to sign papers and deal was completely different than discussed over phone. I spoke with the general manager to make it right. There was damage to the car that I was not aware of. I asked them to take $1,000 off the price of the car and he was rude and arrogant. Stated that if I didn’t want the car, that was fine, he would sell it to the next person. Traded in a 2015 Mercedes CLS 63S for $35,000. They now have it listed for over $46,000 but couldn’t take a $1,000 off the S65 after I drove that far to purchase the car. $10,000 wheels are damaged and I was never made aware before I drove that distance. Didn’t even have a tire kit in the trunk in case of tire trouble on the way back home. Car needed hydraulic fluid in suspension system and sales person agreed to pick up the fluid while we were signing paperwork. That never happened. We were sent away into the dark on our way home without a care. No one at this dealership was friendly, helpful, or went out of their way for us. I’m 42 and have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and never have I ever had an experience this horrible! More
