I arrived with my pre qual letter from my bank, but was still given the sales pitch on how I should consider moving my loan to your preferred bank and purchase an extended warrantee. I understand your partnership with another bank and the incentive to sell that along with an extended warrantee to all customers. But this was not my first rodeo and once I declined, there was a change in attitude, very short but still polite. More
