I went in almost in tears. The dealership I've used for last 20yrs was going to make me keep a car that was proven unsafe by 2 different certified mechanics after having it less then a year, and still unde last 20yrs was going to make me keep a car that was proven unsafe by 2 different certified mechanics after having it less then a year, and still under warrenty. I had stop several places before here and found nothing I liked or they wanted way more down then I could afford. Making this my last stop of the day, and being mentally exhausted I honestly expected to walk in and have the same outcome as the other stops and leaving in the unsafe car. NO that's definitely not what happened. I was instantly greeted and smiling by the time we made it to the sales resps desk. After explaining the situation and some money talk they were driving cars TO ME to look at with what MY expectations of a good fit was for me. A few short pleasant hours later, I drove away in the newest car I've ever owned, its cute, cheaper on payments then the other dealership, and most importantly SAFE for my family.
