Attentive and Takes my Issues Seriously I called Alex because I was hearing a sound from the wheel area of my vehicle when I turned. I didn't do a very good job explaining, but Alex took my issue serious and offered to conduct a road test with me. During the road test, he heard the noise and offered to have a technician look into the sound, while providing me a courtesy vehicle. The next day Alex called to inform me my axles were damaged and required replacement. The cost was covered in my warranty, which was a bonus. Alex is always attentive to my needs, and is very responsible and knowledgeable. More
