I had a very special request / configuration and he knew exactly what to do without much explanation. Casey also understands what the Mercedes brand represents and what customers expect when buying high-end cars. I was greeted by my service advisor Anthony I had to take my husbands convertible Mercedes in for service, certainly not a trip anyone enjoys doing. I was greeted by my service advisor Anthony and he quickly took down all my concerns and really listened. It's almost summer time in MD and I want the top down! He followed up several times through out the day and was able to get the car quickly on the road. This is better service than when we were buying the vehicle!
