My Second Time Coming in for Service I met my representative at the first scheduled maintenance service. He was terrific from the start. He took the utmost care including making sure I I met my representative at the first scheduled maintenance service. He was terrific from the start. He took the utmost care including making sure I had a great loaner. My car required extra time because a part had to be ordered. Alex kept me updated on a daily basis. Because of that experience, I returned for my most recent service. I did not purchase my car at this Mercedes dealer but because of my first experience, I will always use Alex for my service needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the time you pull up to drop the car off until the time pf pick-up. I highly recommend this service dealer. More
