Whenever I have had a problem I called h I have been dealing with Mercedes of Annapolis for the past 18 months. My service provider is Jeff Johnson. Whenever I have had a problem I called him and received a prompt response to my problem. He took my car in the next day with an explanation as to what was going on and how long it would take to correct. He is a very personable employee at Mercedes and I would recommend him to anyone that I know that has a Mbenz. Great work Jeff. More

Sean Engelhard is such an excellent advisor. He communicates so well and is very helpful and always on the top of things. I highly recommend him for anyone . You will not be disappointed! Also could not be happier to talk to Glen Pierce. He can solve any problem I have. He makes your day better with his positive energy and joy! I am over all giving A + for Annapolis MB! More

did not try hard enough to get what we really wanted. we were looking for a GLC with the Driver Assist Package. due to MB's perverse marketing schemes, these SUVs are hard to find, virtually impossible u we were looking for a GLC with the Driver Assist Package. due to MB's perverse marketing schemes, these SUVs are hard to find, virtually impossible unless you buy a bunch of extra stuff that we did not really want. We were offered "the only one available in the entire world" (my words), which had every bell and whistle. after searching online later that night, I found several much more desirable GLCs within a two-hour drive, mostly toward the south since i did not want 4matic. I was then told that the website was in error, that those inventories online were latent and in error. in any case, I think a better choice was available to us at a price we could accept -- if some more work had been done by the dealer. btw, we ere offered a special order, but decided that was too messy and took too long. The personnel were very pleasant, but MB can be difficult to work with. More

He has earned our complete trust, which I feel is rare in the car business. He goes out of his way to make sure that absolutely everything that we might need is taken care of, and he does it right the first time! Glenn Pierce in parts is our "go to guy" anytime we need parts. He seems to know every car from memory, and is generous with his time giving helpful advice and details. The waiting area at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis is very nice, complete with a wide array of beverages and snacks. Their car wash is superior to other Mercedes dealers we have encountered when traveling in other states. I highly recommend MB of Annapolis Service to anyone who owns a Mercedes vehicle! More
