They went so far as to inform Mercedes of North America that the dealer order system had a bug that needed fixing, rather than just accepting a "no" on our desired configuration. Bottom line: Mercedes fixed the bug, and all customers can now order a C250 with leather. Wayne and the rest were also willing (and competent) conspirators in helping me surprise my wife with this new car. She WAS surprised, she is thrilled, and we all had fun in the process. More

I bought my first car (Mercedes C350) from Doug Bouslog this weekend. I only went to “look,” but Doug was first rate in explaining the car and its features to me, and I was hooked. I didn’t feel pressured to buy during the test drive, but given the look and quality of the car and Doug’s extensive knowledge and friendly disposition, I couldn’t leave the dealership without it. Everyone in the dealership, from Doug, to the finance manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Although I went with my father (who is much more well versed in cars than I am), Doug understood that I was the one purchasing the car and therefore gave me the attention and focused on my particular wants in a car. Prior to purchasing this car, I imagined the process to be a daunting one. It wasn’t. Especially for a first-time buyer. Before leaving the dealership on Saturday, Doug synced by BlackBerry to the car (via Bluetooth), walked me through all of the dashboard features, and even suggested a few songs to play on my first drive.
