Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis respects "dmdennis's" review and would like to thank her for taking the time in sharing her experience with us. The customer arrived at our service center on time for her appointment and her car was checked in. There was a miscommunication between that employee and our service writer resulting in the customer not being acknowledged by the service writer. This was our fault. We attempted to apologize to the customer for her inconvenience but the apology was not accepted. We would have been happy to pick up the car and redeliver after completing the needed maintenance but the customer has refused. We offer the sincerest apology for our error.
