Left dealership with the glossy brochure and a listing of current specials. Jim Turk was an excellent salesman and really took the time to listen to me. He has a great knowledge of the new features. He presented a good price on the car and very professionally and quickly handled the pricing negotiation process. John Dunphy provided wonderful oversight and has a great sales team. The financing team was fabulous: Michele Mitchell-Nordquist handled a last-minute change from MB Financial to another bank almost without hesitation. She explained all of the dealer options in detail. I highly recommend using edmunds.com and/or Consumer Reports to investigate MSRP / dealer invoice / lowest price options. One note to future car buyers: avoid buying a car in April/May. Supply is low (end of model year) and demand is high (tax refunds = down payment). More

I went to the dealership seeing to replace the 2004 M-B vehicle I currently owned. I was interested in both the C300 and the GLK350. Michelle was also extremely helpful with financing and was also very friendly. Although we were buying a used car that was certainly on the low price spectrum for this dealership, and not a high-end Mercedes that is clearly their bread and butter, we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. The free lunch at a local restaurant was quite a nice touch. More
