I came in to Mercedes of Annapolis to check out a Toyota Camry the dealership had received via trade in. Casey Duffy was the sales person who helped me with the whole process. The hospitality I received was beyond reproach (especially considering I was purchasing a used off brand vehicle). After taking the car on a test drive I still needed to discuss the purchase with my wife. Casey offered to bring the car to my house so my wife could test drive the car. With two small children this was quite a convenience and what I would describe as above expectations on a customer service level. This also took place on a Friday at the end of Casey's shift and I'm sure it ended up adding some extra time to his day. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The price offered on the vehicle was extremely fair which led to a no haggle purchase. Michele Mitchell helped with all the financing and final paperwork. She was very nice to work with and we were able to get all the paper work completed in a very short amount of time. All in all the customer service, friendliness, and over all experience were at the highest level of excellence.
