For the fourth time, Alex Clothier proved once again why he is the best out there! Friday September 2nd I worked my last midnight shift at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, and I drove one hour and he is the best out there! Friday September 2nd I worked my last midnight shift at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, and I drove one hour and 30 minutes to the service center in Annapolis. I was beyond tired but there was Alex once again at 7:30am ready to greet me! Alex had my similar loaner Mercedes GLB ready to go and I only sat down for 5 minutes...if that long! I went home and got some sleep and Alex messaged me when my vehicle was ready. I go back to Annapolis and my SUV is ready with all of the safety recall work and 50,000 mile service work done and my SUV even got the complimentary car wash which made it look brand new again. This is the 4th time that Alex has taken care of me like this! Alex recommended I get new tires next time as my tire tread is getting low after 50,000 miles and I will be buying my Continental tires from him next time! More

My visit to this service center was the best experience I have ever had at ANY dealership/Service Center. The Service employee (Bryan) was outstanding in answering all my questions, providing information, pr have ever had at ANY dealership/Service Center. The Service employee (Bryan) was outstanding in answering all my questions, providing information, professional, personable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was not happy about having to drive 1.5 hours to the dealership and then the thought of having to wait hours for my car to be completed but to have all the employees being so personable, especially Bryan, was absolutely worth the trip. The Service Center was very clean, the loaner car was a step up from my vehicle, wait time was less than expected, easy processing in and out, and excellent service all the way around! I will absolutely make this my location for service. Positive dealings like this makes me more inclined to stay in the Mercedes family. More

Recently I was instructed to have my car towed to the Annapolis dealership to address a brake related recall. Sounds simple, right? Well after three exasperating hours of trying to arrange the tow I had Annapolis dealership to address a brake related recall. Sounds simple, right? Well after three exasperating hours of trying to arrange the tow I had accomplished absolutely nothing. You should know that my had just been hospitalized. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. I was at that very moment in the process of building a handicap ramp and at my wits end. I addition I was faced with the possibility of losing my car for an extended period of time and now unable to accomplish the first step in the process. I decided to contact the service department one last time. Lucky for me a service adviser, Peter Herman answered. I'm sure he was aware of my frustrated attitude, but instead of putting me off, he told me not to worry that he would take care of everything. The end result, the car was towed within the hour and in fact the issue was resolved the following day. I want the MB dealership to know that they are fortunate indeed to have Peter Herman in their employ. He is an amazing, compassionate man and a credit to the Mercedes Benz brand. More

I came in today to pick up my vehicle. It was 15 minutes prior to closing. He couldn’t not locate the keys or the car and told me to come back Monday. I can’t think of a worse experience.
