On September 24th when I had my 30K service done on my Mercedes GLB 250, I was once again blown away on the quality of service. My service advisor Alex Clothier put me in a 2021 Mercedes GLC with all the Mercedes GLB 250, I was once again blown away on the quality of service. My service advisor Alex Clothier put me in a 2021 Mercedes GLC with all the bells and whistles and I was able to drive home and go to sleep after working the midnight shift. I was so impressed that I posted the vehicle and the great service experience on my Facebook page and I mentioned Alex by name.
