On September 24th when I had my 30K service done on my Mercedes GLB 250, I was once again blown away on the quality of service. My service advisor Alex Clothier put me in a 2021 Mercedes GLC with all the Mercedes GLB 250, I was once again blown away on the quality of service. My service advisor Alex Clothier put me in a 2021 Mercedes GLC with all the bells and whistles and I was able to drive home and go to sleep after working the midnight shift. I was so impressed that I posted the vehicle and the great service experience on my Facebook page and I mentioned Alex by name. I also want to mention Sara Sroka and give her 5 stars because she put in the request for me to get the loaner 2 weeks prior to my visit, Thank you once again Mercedes of Annapolis! More
