I took my Mercedes Benz to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis after a frantic search for a reliable and responsive dealership/service center in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area where I was visiting for the summer. after a frantic search for a reliable and responsive dealership/service center in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area where I was visiting for the summer. I contacted several dealerships and despite promises to return my call or contact me about scheduling my car for service, none did. The Annapolis dealership was a little further away from me, but after reading some of the reviews, I decided to contact them through the website and try them. Within minutes of my contact, I received a call and was instantly scheduled for service on the date and time that was most convenient for me. It only got better from there! My service advisor, Sean Engelhard, met me at the door and patiently walked me through the process of checking in and obtaining my loaner vehicle, which I was going to use to explore Annapolis while my car was serviced. Sean made the entire process so easy and stress-free for me. After bringing my loaner around and handing me the keys, he sent me off with a thank you to me for bringing my car in, which made me feel that my business was appreciated. He gave me an approximate time for completion but promised to text me when the car was ready. He did. When I returned to the shop, he greeted me by name, and he went to bring my now-serviced car around. The car had been cleaned too, and Sean drove it to me, and as he handed over the keys, he again thanked me for choosing to bring my car to the service center and invited me to call if I had any questions about the service or needed any additional services. I couldn't leave without taking photos, as my experience with Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, from the first contact to the final thank you and well wishes from Sean for my safe travel! Sean was awesome as my service advisor! He was professional, friendly, patient, and he made everything easy and stress-free for me. I HIGHLY recommend the Mercedes Benz of Annapolis service center and Sean Engelhard in particular, for anyone who values great customer service and attention to detail!
