I had such an amazing service experience with Alexander (Alex) Clothier. From the time I first entered the building he was attentive, friendly and assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of. Hi (Alex) Clothier. He stayed in contact with me through text and was very responsive at all my questions immediately. This was my first time at Mercedes of Annapolis and I truly loved the feeling after getting my care serviced there. I've been to other Merecedes service centers and this was by far the best one because of the customer service. I highly recommend Alex as I feel like I hit the jackpot with him. More

You can offer training to try and offer the best Customer Service experience possible, but you can't train posture and body language, tone....all important factors in creating a great experience.
