Originally from Pittsburgh, PA spending 17 years in Florida before returning north to Maryland in 2010. An Executive Chef working in the restaurant industry for 25 years, Chris moved to sales in 2011 to allow for more time with his two daughters. He started at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis in September 2019, his drive is working closely with his clients to meet there needs and expectations while also educating them in the Mercedes Benz brand. His interests include Auto Racing, Ice Hockey, Hiking, Cycling, attending Orioles Baseball, Penguins Hockey, and Auto Racing events, and enjoying his culinary skills in the much more relaxed and scaled back home front now. When I was working I could only make my division better if I knew something was wrong - there is also a say ' If if ain't broke - don't fix it " - I arrived at the MB service lane at noon on June 13th - St if I knew something was wrong - there is also a say ' If if ain't broke - don't fix it " - I arrived at the MB service lane at noon on June 13th - Steve was walking out to my car before I could get out - I had minor warranty stuff that need looked at - Steve did that and took some air out of my tires and I was on my way home by 12:25 PM Thank You More

Chris stayed with me through the long chip delayed delivery of my 2022 CLS 450 - kept me up to date on the ever changing delivery schedule so I could have the paperwork in order when it arrived. He prepped my car when it arrived with my suggested pre sets for Radio, Navigation and demonstrated everything I needed to know to drive the car home safely. Chris is getting 5 stars because he is staying with me through my learning process on how to operate and utilized the mind numbing technology in my car - he is not a "One and Done " salesman - he is a full service salesman and an asset to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis - you can't ask for more than that. I recently brought my 2021 MB E-Class into the Service Center for repair. My service advisor, Chuck Leyman, quickly arranged to have the vehicle inspected while I waited. Upon a thorough inspection the te Center for repair. My service advisor, Chuck Leyman, quickly arranged to have the vehicle inspected while I waited. Upon a thorough inspection the technician was able to correct the problem quicker than expected. The problem was addressed in its entirety and I was out of the door in time to keep a very important doctors appointment. I have been patronizing this dealership for the past 7 years. The service received from my service representative, Chuck Leyman, nothing short of outstanding. He is knowledgeable about my vehicle and always takes the time to adequately educate me on the extent of service/repairs needed. Chuck has always been courteous and professional, and is truly a pleasure to work with. Thanks for Job Well Done! More
