Excellent service. Dave Brady was very helpful. My new GLE 350 had a slow leak on the right rear tire. Dave got me into service quickly without an appointment. Using my MB Select I was covered at no cost GLE 350 had a slow leak on the right rear tire. Dave got me into service quickly without an appointment. Using my MB Select I was covered at no cost to me! service appointment experience contacted my service advisor ( Alex Clothier) late September with a concerns regarding our SUV. He was professional courteous and as always very flexi contacted my service advisor ( Alex Clothier) late September with a concerns regarding our SUV. He was professional courteous and as always very flexible with my work schedule and had me bring the car as soon as I was able to in order to have the problem fixed. I was able to get a loaner car as always which is very appreciated. He kept in touch with me letting me know what the problem was angetting it resolved. B Service and repair for my 2016 GLE 300d. Always good service at MB of Annapolis. They provided me with a loaner vehicle for the several days my car was there They also kept me informed of the Always good service at MB of Annapolis.
