I have been soo stressed looking for a car, One day After almost giving up, I was online & liked a car on Mercedes Benz Arcadia website, As soon as I requested a quote Mr. mark hung contacted me immed After almost giving up, I was online & liked a car on Mercedes Benz Arcadia website, As soon as I requested a quote Mr. mark hung contacted me immediately, He informed me that he would E-mail me the application, so we can go from there, Mr. mark hung was very helpful answered all my questions, After submitting my application online, I received a call back informing me that I was approved, The process was all online, I summited all paper work online, very easy, going, I got quoted a very very great price, a price I have not seen shopping around all week from other dealers, AFTER the online application process & online submitting paper work & getting approved, I just showed up to the dealer to sign & PICK UP MY NEW CAR! I have never been happier, I was approved to a car I was in love with, with a great price!, I was soo happy, thx to Mr Mark Hung & with this kind of service that I have received from Mr. Hung, He has made my experience very stress-free & easy going, after shopping around for 1 week with multiple dealers, I have came to the conclusion that I have to give this dealership a 5 star!!! & Mr. Mark Hung a 5 star!!! Very well deserved, from customer service support to everything else, & I would like to thank Barbie from the finance dept. for the great service, she was very helpful & Made this experience a great one!
