Sales manager tried to hard sell MB finance rate which was higher than what was available from a bank. He said MB rate is set by Federal regulators. He would not disclose lower rates on his computer until was higher than what was available from a bank. He said MB rate is set by Federal regulators. He would not disclose lower rates on his computer until the end, Jen I was ready to walk out. MSRP was for Your 560, a lot of interest dollars at stake. I finally walked out and didn’t buy the car from Resnick. Sales person was likable, pleasant. Will arrange own financing and still buy the car later. More
