Atlanta Classic Cars has a warm, welcoming and very friendly atmosphere. Every aspect from the showroom to the snack area to the restrooms are impeccable. Great service, friendly people, timely response, honest opinions and feedback. Took my AMG in for an A3 service, refresher and A/C flashing light. It's a very nice dealership. However, some service greeters needs to be a bit more polite. Some mechanics servicing your vehicle needs to be more detailed oriented and do a complete check of the vehi greeters needs to be a bit more polite. Some mechanics servicing your vehicle needs to be more detailed oriented and do a complete check of the vehicles. Not replacing what the service manuals call for is a disservice to the customer. It does not matter if a part looks serviceable, it should be replaced based on the service manual at the specified mileage. Last, after the work is done the foreman or a quality assurance person should do an inspection of that work. More
