I bought it from another dealer where I felt rushed into getting what they had in stock rather than searching to find exactly what I wanted. I decided to come to Atlanta Classic because they were close to my home. From the moment I stepped into the show room, John was there to greet me and started helping me right away. I told him my story and told him what I wanted, and he patiently went through all the inventory in the Southeastern area to find me exactly what I wanted. I wanted the technology I had in my last car but really wanted a polar white color. He found me exactly what I wanted and they were able to secure my first choice car and have it shipped to the showroom within two days. Couldn't be happier with my choice. I was really sad to see my last C300 go to Mercedes heaven, but the silver lining is that I eventually got the car I wanted from the very beginning. My sales person David Windholz and he was very kind from the beginning to the end. He took the time to go step by step on how to operate the car and all the gadgets that come along with it because I had no clue. He knew that car inside and out. He even sent me “how to videos” after I purchased the car just in case I forgot how to perform some of the updates like syncing up my garage door opener. This extra step in purchasing my car was what I appreciated the most. David was very kind and knowledgeable which made my car buying experience one to remember and I will return in the years to come! Exceptional customer service and wonderful experience! I was very pleased with my recent new lease on a C250 from Atlanta classic Cars. My salesman David Phillips was able to work some magic to get me int I was very pleased with my recent new lease on a C250 from Atlanta classic Cars. My salesman David Phillips was able to work some magic to get me into it after returning the E350 I enjoyed for over 2 and a half years. I didn't think when I arrived at the dealership that I would be able to leave in a new car, since my financial situation took a slight (temporary) turn for the worse. Horrible Experience followed up by defensive Owner I had an awful experience with John C. Sageder, who was a bully, rude and offensive to me, a customer. John is a terrible excuse for a manager. My car was damaged while in the care of the Collision Center and John refused to listen to me as a customer. He was allowed to talk down to me, and tell me what they were not going to do. He was support by the owner, Joanna Ellis. When Ms. Ellis called me she stated that she stood by her manager and supported his decision. What type of owner of a renowned company would support an employee and allow them to degrade and abuse a customer? I have totally lost respect for this corporation. I have been a member of the Mercedes Benz family since 2002 and never had an experience such as this. I guess when you have a lot of customers, customer service is not at the top of the priority list. In business we must never forget that without the support of our customer we would not be able to own, operate, or be an employee and have a successful business without the customers patronizing the business. Ray Kroc said it best, " If you work just for money, you'll never make it, but if you love what you're doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours". More
