2015 E350 My experience with Atlanta Classic Cars and Jesse Cannon-Wallace was a great experience. I was interested in an E350 and Jesse was very knowledgeable My experience with Atlanta Classic Cars and Jesse Cannon-Wallace was a great experience. I was interested in an E350 and Jesse was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. This sounds like something one may take for granted when visiting a luxury car dealership, but I found was hardly true at many other dealers, particularly with other brands, after having many salespeople tell me they did not know answers to several questions, or only offer 5 minute test drives, then ask if I'm interested in the car. My first Mercedes was a 2005 C230 with a stick shift, and I really enjoyed driving that car for 7.5 years, and am excited to be back in a Mercedes again. Another great benefit to the dealership was the business manager, Eric Palmsteen, was very informative and professional regarding various service and protection plans, as well as payment options. Our sales person, Tony Roman, was extremely professional, courteous and thorough through out the process. He made certain we were introduced to all the support personnel we will come into contact with in the future. We were very impressed with the physical dealership as well as the facilities available to ACC's customers. We highly recommend ACC and Tony Roman to all those considering a vehicle purchase. They make it a great experience!! More
Excellent Sales experience with Nick Karaca! After looking for months and finally deciding between a GL550 and a GL450, I decided to stop by the dealership that I knew I was buying from. Atlanta After looking for months and finally deciding between a GL550 and a GL450, I decided to stop by the dealership that I knew I was buying from. Atlanta Classic Cars is almost a landmark in the Atlanta area from the amount of satisfied sales and service provided for so many decades. Luckily for me, upon arrival I met Mr. Nick Karaca who made this purchase experience as smooth and simple as can be. He provided much insight into the vehicle I was looking at and parted with some knowledge and caveats that I was unaware. Josh Rhea the Business Manager was equally cordial and kind while finishing our paperwork and scheduling some OEM add-ons. The transfer to the service department to complete all of the items and accoutrements ended in a lasting relationship with my Service Coordinator, Bryant Hall, and the Director of Business Development, Adrian Rudik. I look forward to many years and many more purchases from this fine establishment and piece of Atlanta history. More

For every customer who bothers to complain 26 are silent This would of been my 3rd Mercedes Benz purchased from Atlanta Classic Cars in the last 6 months as we have been very loyal Infinti owners. Three wee This would of been my 3rd Mercedes Benz purchased from Atlanta Classic Cars in the last 6 months as we have been very loyal Infinti owners. Three weeks ago we purchased a CLA and were going to also purchase a GL550 - well the GL550 did not have all the options we were looking for. The dealership put together a pretty good deal and we decided to wait until the right color/options came in. Fast forward 3 weeks and the GL550 we were looking for came into Atlanta Classic Cars. I immediately called my sales rep and expressed interest that we were ready and would be down to purchase. Later that evening I called back and was told the sales manager was swamped and has not been able to pull everything together. No problem, then I called before closing once again and the same story. I thought why was this so hard as the deal sheet from three weeks could not of changed dramatically. Got a text later stating it was busy and they would get to it first thing Saturday morning. No problem, I decided to go down Saturday morning and was there at 8:50AM (first customer at the lot). Test drove the vehicle as the sales manager was in a meeting until 9:30. We get back to dealership at 9:20 and sit in the lobby (no customers I may add) and was told there were 5 other deals from the night before. I watched as sales rep after sales rep walked in out while I was the only customer in the dealership. This went on until 10:30 and I finally just left (not happy). I was so upset that I had called, emailed, texted, and personally came down that I could not get what I thought was a simple deal done. Fast forward 2 hours.........I get a text with a deal sheet from my sales rep. finally. The deal was $4000 different from what I was told/given three weeks ago when we bought our CLA. I am not complaining because they did not give me what I wanted, rather when you tell a customer you are going to do something then do it. I was told the market had changed on both my trade and the new car - (BS.....that's code for it is a new month and new set of numbers to hit). I immediately got in the car and drove to Mercedes of Athens, showed them the deal sheet I was given three weeks prior and they honored what Atlanta Classic Cars promised. Selling Mercedes is kind of like insurance, you depend on repeat business much more than Ford/Chevy as the clientele is much smaller and owners are very loyal to the brand. Someone with three cars in rotation I would think that a dealer would kill to keep. I am not upset and posting this because I did not get what I wanted. Rather, it is about integrity (do what you say) and taking care of customer versus bottom line. Bottom line, ACC only cares about the bottom line and could careless about keeping a customer. It is a shame as they have some great people (John Swinwood, Bryant Hall), but others that are ruining the experience. Before shopping here I would encourage you to talk to Mercedes of Athens - they were excellent, professional, and you are in and out super fast. More
