Stephen helped me pick the right packages, and the Anthracite blue exterior color was the best. Stephen went above and beyond towards making the presentation of the S-Class to my wife very classy. He provided a huge red ribbon for free (yes). He also delivered the car to the venue of the celebrations for free (yes again). Since we knew nothing about the cars, he took many hours to walk us through the options and let us test drive numerous models. He was very knowledgable and when he didn't know he was quick to say so and got us the answers quickly. Once we selected a car, the negotiation was very up front and low pressure. I've done extensive online research before and after the purchase and feel confident we got a better than fair deal. We are very pleased with this transaction from beginning to end.
