Time was not wasted on continual negotiations and the final paperwork was quick and painless. Jim stayed an extra 1.5 hours after closing time to insure that we understood the bells and whistles of our vehicle. Follow up call the next day reassured that we were not forgotten after the sale. We will refer everyone to this location and specifically Jim when looking for their next car. I even want to invite Jim over for a good ol German dinner. More

She knows all the answers and gives you all the information you will need. Polite and patient she was able to get me the data I needed without actually “selling” the car. So what can I say?
