I was out of town in Denver and I reached out to Frank to find out about getting a key mailed out to me cause I lost my key. Frank notified me that I couldn’t get a replacement key. But Frank drove 30 minutes out of his way to my house to get my spare key. He then drove to meet my girlfriend to get the key to her so she can bring it to me in Tampa when my flight landed. Frank went way over above and beyond what I expected from him. He is a class Act and I would never purchase another vehicle without Frank. I’ve been buying vehicles from Frank for the past 10 years and he never ceases to amaze me with his Customer Service and now I can call him a friend. We traveled from Georgia to Naples, Florida, after searching for a specific style of Mercedes Sprinter for quite some time. We were thrilled to finally find exactly what we had been looking for. We arrived at the dealership just before closing on Saturday evening. Even though it was pouring rain, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They brought the Sprinter into a covered area so we could inspect it comfortably, despite the weather. We returned Monday morning—the same day we had to head back to Georgia. We explained to our salesperson, Frank Deluca, that we were on a very tight schedule and hoped to complete the purchase before beginning our drive home. Frank immediately got to work. He hustled to move the process along, handled everything on the sales side efficiently, and kept everything organized despite the time crunch. Once the sales paperwork was complete, Frank handed everything over to Ernesto Miranda to finalize the financing. Ernesto was just as exceptional. He worked quickly and efficiently to complete all of the financial paperwork while making sure everything was explained clearly and accurately. Like Frank, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about getting us on the road as quickly as possible. What impressed us most was that, even while working under pressure, both Frank and Ernesto remained kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. Thanks to their teamwork and dedication, we were able to drive home in the Mercedes Sprinter we had been searching for.
