I found a car for my son online and drove 2 and a half hours to purchase the car. Douglas assured us the condition of the car was excellent, as we had not seen the car in person. When we pulled up to the dealership the car was detailed and ready to look at and purchase in the garage with other cars ready to be purchased that day. I did most of the paperwork by email and on the phone and only needed to look at the car and have my son take a test drive. After that the signing pertinent documents took about one hour. The entire process was professional and timely. This is a state of the art dealership and you will not be disappointed. This was my third used car purchase in 2 months and it was by FAR the best experience. Another BMW dealership was horrendous! Thankyou Douglas for making our purchase a great one!
