I have been servicing mine and family’s Mercedes vehicles and MB of Boston since 2014 with Patrick Titshaw. Their customer service continues to remain excellent to this day. My last service was an oil change on my 2013 MB C350. I worked with Patrick Titshaw again and I can’t stress enough how helpful and responsive Patrick has been. He had the technicians do a thorough multi point inspection and promptly presented me with a detailed report on the condition of my car. He worked with me to understand all the issues and what I needed to do and how much it would cost to fix them. He was transparent with me and explained the pricing for each item. This level of customer service is unmatched and I will continue to do business with the service department at MB of Boston indefinitely. More
