I immediately called and ask to be reassigned to Kim it was done immediately. Kim has been my service person for more than 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with to lead the service on my car but Kim. Kim virtually saved my life during a service visit. She knows I travel a lot and she told me my car was not safe to put on the road. Not sure anybody else would have done that to the degree that she did. She was genuinely worried about my safety. My experience with service has been truely exceptional. Recently, my foot board was broken. Kim diligently investigated the piece that was broken, identified the parts needed, carefully examined the warranty coverage and helped me to replace the foot board. The craftsmanship was as good as the day I got the car. When my front right light bulb was broken all of sudden, Kim again took me in for an ad hoc service appointment; within 1 hour, I am back on the road again. Kim's professionalism and attention to detail is very impressive. Thank you Kim! More
