The only thing I’ve gotten in return from the dealer is: “ hopefully the other dealer can figure out the issue. Might be the cpu.” I bought a 2019 G wagon with 1k miles. I have owned the car for 20 days without being able to enjoy it for a single day. Mercedes still have not been able to figure out the fix. Nothing works on command console and there is no sound system or off road options. so all the features don’t work. I now own one of the most expensive and luxurious Mercedes but it doesn’t have any working features or even a sound system. No one has reached out to me to offer to buy it back or pay me per diem on the time it took to get the car fixed. This car not only cost me a ton of money but now it’s costing me my precious time. I feel like I was sold a broken car and they left me to deal with the mystery issue they couldn’t solve. Maybe if I actually get help my mind would change but as it stands they are just waiting for the problem to disappear. This whole thing has been nothing but stressful. More

Its always a pleasure to visit the Mercedes Benz service center here in Columbus. They always provide great professional customer. Always exceptionally friendly. I stated my desires in the chosen vehicle and I contacted Mr. Jenkins after seeing his social media posts and visiting the website, great experience. I stated my desires in the chosen vehicle and the price point I was willing to agree upon. After several emails, text messages and phone calls we were able to come to terms. This was particular pleasing as I am a Florida resident and did not visit the dealership. Mr. Jenkins extended himself to ensure my vehicle was delivered the very next day. As the vehicle was a surprise for my wife, I was extra excited for the delivery. Great job on the parts of all involved in the transaction. The wife is happy and I too am happy.
