With a very particular car in mind I began my search at dealerships in the tristate area. Having narrowed my search to a couple of specific cars I contacted each dealership for each car. From the first moment I spoke to Brittney she worked relentlessly to earn my business and provide me any information I requested regarding my soon to be new car. Even after the sale I have had questions and Brittney is still working with me and treating me exactly as she did before I bought the car. To top off the whole experience she drove three hours on her first day of vacation to meet me and drop off the car. This is hands down my best car buying experience of all the cars I have purchased. I went to visit the dealership on June 27,2017 in hopes of purchasing one of their pre-owned vehicles. I spoke with the Salesman By the name of Bob Blauvelt. I had informed him that I would be purchasing the car and that I wanted to arrange a meeting on Friday at 10:30 am. He agreed and I was expecting to purchase a car by Friday of June 30,2017. He never informed me that other people were interested in purchasing the car. He did not give many detail letting me know that I could have put a down payment on the vehicle the day I was at the dealership. I called him the next day to make sure that we were still having the meeting. He said yes and then asked if I could put down a deposit. I asked him to let me call my mother and he said that was fine. I called my mom and I also asked him if he would accept a check card he said yes. My mom called and was going to put down a deposit over the phone and that is when he told her that the car had been sold and purchased. I felt that this was not fare to us because we were never aware of putting a deposit on the car to hold the car. My family and I were highly disappointed due to the lack of information that Mr. Bob failed to give us. I am believe that was unprofessional and I missed out on a great opportunity because of it. I am not trying to make Bob Blauvelt to be a bad person or salesman but my family and I were highly disappointed on how things happened. More
Bought my car on the Golf Course! I buy a new car about once a year and have many experiences, good and bad in the area. I was in the Mercedes golf tournament in Columbus and by chanc I buy a new car about once a year and have many experiences, good and bad in the area. I was in the Mercedes golf tournament in Columbus and by chance was paired with Duane Hall, Sales Manager. We got to talking and I decided to purchase an S Class Coupe. I traded my AMG GLE63s. The honesty and honor that Duane exhibited in the process was tremendous. A real breath of fresh air. By the end of the round the deal was done. They had me in and out of the dealership in record time with my new car and all the directions on how to operate it. I've purchased Mercedes from other dealerships and the guys from Mercedes Benz of Columbus put everyone else in the rear view mirror! This was a tremendous buying experience! More

Very happy with my experience I found a used car on the web and contacted the dealership for more information. We have bought many cars and gone through both private sellers and dealerships and I can say that this experience was, by far, our easiest car buying experience. Rick was prompt, courteous and no-nonsense in his emails back and forth. In fact, we conducted our entire research/purchase decision by email/text; which is my preferred way of buying cars. I was never once pressured to "come take a test drive" or "come and see our selection of used cars" or "provide your phone number so we can talk in person". All questions were answered quickly and easily. I knew within a few hours that I wanted to buy this car from this dealership. The application/approval for financing was simple and we were provided an up front interest rate and payment in writing, which was honored all throughout the buying process with no surprises at the end and no attempts to upsell into anything else. The fact that they offered to deliver the car to us (1.5 hours away) at no charge was just the icing on the cake. Debi (the finance manager) had all paperwork laid out and organized so all we had to do when the car arrived at our offices was sign where indicated and we were on our way. The paperwork took all of 10 minutes. What impressed me most is that Mercedes-Benz of Columbus treated us with the same courtesy, respect and professionalism that they would provide to the purchaser of an $80K Mercedes, when all we were buying was a 4-year-old used car from their lot. Thanks again for a wonderful and flawless experience. We will recommend this dealership and Rick/Debi to anyone we know who are searching for a new or used car. More

Now the dealership on the other hand was a different experience, did not want to honor my USAA buying price, said no then called me back, had only one sales person handling 3 sales, no MB feeling more like Ford, and a week later wanted another 100.00 because my trade in payoff was off by 100.00 but my trade in is on their lot for 7k more than I was given. Thanks Britney for all you did don't let salemanagement influance you, you were perfect!!!!!!!!! More
