Florian was passing us by with a big genuine smile (being busy with another client) and was very kind to have pointed us in the right direction. Moments later, he came to us and we started the search together. All the time we were there, attended by him, we never once felt pressured into buying a car. After approximately 4 hours of looking, searching, test-driving etc, we (I) finally decided on the car. I’ve been to other dealerships and believe me, no one takes so much of their time to sit with you if they have the slightest sense that you’re not a 100% buyer. Florian did.
