My Recent Mercedes Benz Experience I recently went to my dealer of choice, Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables. I have always dealt with Bob Anderson at this location. In my estimation, Mr. A I recently went to my dealer of choice, Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables. I have always dealt with Bob Anderson at this location. In my estimation, Mr. Anderson is the "go-to" person at this dealership. He is always the consummate professional and has always returned calls and emails in a prompt and efficient manner. The experience was a very smooth and pleasant one-especially since I was exhausted from a difficult week. No complaints at all from me about this dealership. I have been a customer there for well over a decade and they have always addressed any concern that I might have had and they treat everyone with respect and decency. It is not like some of the other high pressure, fast track, "cheesy" franchises that many people might have experienced. It is a family-owned business that consistently scores top marks in the United States and Mercedes Benz hierarchy. The business is also heavily involved in our community and local affairs. A modern dealership with an "old school" charm. My suggestion to anyone is to know what their needs or likes dictate in the Mercedes Benz lineup, and to make an appointment to see Mr. Anderson. For service, my top kudos have always gone out to Mr.Tony Fuentes. He, like Mr. Anderson, has been with this dealership for many years. They both know their customers and their needs.
