Reliable Excellence It is amazing that given the number of visits I have made to MBCG over the course of my 3-yr lease, I have yet to have an experience that was less tha It is amazing that given the number of visits I have made to MBCG over the course of my 3-yr lease, I have yet to have an experience that was less than excellent, thanks to Dave Gossett, my service advisor. Once again, I was greeted by friendly courteous employees at every point of my visit, and I was "in and out" driving a loaner vehicle within 10 minutes of my arrival! One would think in a 3-yr period I would encounter at least one lapse; at least one visit in which the service was not exceptional. But that has never happened, and yesterday was another excellent experience. The repair was completed timely, my car returned to me immaculately clean with a cold bottle of water waiting for me, and I again drove off a very satisfied customer. My next car will be another Mercedes, and a significant part of that decision is based upon Dave and this dealership. In short, I can't imagine losing this exceptional service, which significantly enhances the enjoyment of a superb luxury vehicle. More
