First-time service for my GLA-250 This was my first service for my GLA-250 - my service tech, Marcos Gonzalez, arranged for me to wait for the car and it took less than an hour and a h This was my first service for my GLA-250 - my service tech, Marcos Gonzalez, arranged for me to wait for the car and it took less than an hour and a half including the service, addressing two small dings, washing and vacuuming the car. It could not have been more pleasant and efficient. Marcos is a wonderful service tech - patient, courteous, articulate, etc. - he anticipates my every request and resolves any issues I have regarding this new car. Don't take this the wrong way but .........Marcos Gonzalez and your service department is a better experience than the car itself(!). More
